The workshop on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Negeri 4 Luwu aims to improve the understanding and skills of principals and teachers in implementing the principles of the Independent Curriculum effectively, especially in the preparation of teaching modules, differentiated learning, and diagnostic assessments. The workshop was held for one day in the hall of SMK Negeri 4 Luwu involving 1 principal and 26 teachers. The method used in this activity is a participatory and andragogical approach, participants are actively involved through material presentation sessions, interactive discussions and case studies. In addition, reflections were also carried out to measure the increase in participants' understanding and as feedback on the implementation of the activity. The material was delivered by a team of lecturers and education practitioners in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher understanding 78% in designing learning that favors students and the development of a spirit of collaboration between educators. Suggestions from this activity are the need to form an internal curriculum team as a facilitator of the learning community, ongoing mentoring by external parties, and the provision of space for reflection and periodic evaluation to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in educational units.
