Abstract

Training in Writing and Publication of Scientific Papers at SMA Negeri 5 Tolinggula, North Gorontalo Regency, aims to increase teacher competence in producing quality scientific papers that comply with academic standards. This activity includes an introduction to the basic concepts of scientific writing, article preparation techniques, and publication strategies in accredited journals. Through this training, participants gain insight and practical skills that support teacher professional development while encouraging a culture of academic literacy in the school environment. Teachers are actively involved in research and writing, they not only serve as role models for students, but also create an academic atmosphere that encourages innovation and continuous learning. This research method uses lecture and discussion methods with an active participatory approach.  This service activity was carried out offline (face to face) and was attended by 16 participants who were teachers from SMP Negeri 5 Tolinggula, North Gorontalo Regency. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the writing and publication process, thus contributing to improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Tolinggula.
