In the education system, scientific work is often an indicator for evaluating teacher performance. By having published scientific work, teachers have a greater opportunity to receive awards, promotions or academic awards. This work can be a reference for other teachers, helping to solve learning problems. This activity aims to improve the quality of education by increasing the qualifications of teachers who are the main actors in the learning process. The target group for this activity is all teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Tolinggula. The method used in this activity is lecture and discussion with an active participatory approach. Scientific writing training can also motivate teachers to continue learning and developing. Through scientific writing, junior high school teachers contribute to the development of science and educational practice. The Scientific Writing Writing Training for teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Tolinggula succeeded in providing an in-depth understanding of the techniques for preparing scientific papers in accordance with academic standards. This activity not only improves teachers' literacy and writing skills, but also motivates them to be more active in developing research that is relevant to learning in schools. With this training, it is hoped that teachers will be able to become role models in cultivating research and scientific publications, so that they can improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 5 Tolinggula in a sustainable manner.
