About the Journal

MOPOONUWA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed journal published by Department of Biology, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. MOPOONUWA provides open access to the principle that research published in this journal is freely available to the public to support the exchange of knowledge globally. MOPOONUWA published two-issue articles per year namely June and December. MOPOONUWA provides a place for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish scientific articles. Each text sent to MOPOONUWA editor is reviewed by peer review. Starting from Vol. 1 No. 1 (June 2023), all manuscripts sent to the MOPOONUWA editor are accepted in Bahasa Indonesia. The scope of the articles listed in this journal relates to various topics, including education for Sustainable Development, Maritime and Coastal Services, Local Wisdom, Community Services, Local Food Security, Nutrition and Public Health, Training, Marketing, Appropriate Technology, Design, Community Empowerment, Social Access, Student Community Services, Border and Less Developed Region. This journal is follows the open access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscriptionand highly respects the ethics of publication and avoids all types of plagiarism.
