Cinta Lingkungan: Pemisahan Jenis-Jenis Sampah Melalui Metode Game Edukasi di Desa Mopuya Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Abstrak

This activity aims to increase public awareness, especially children and teenagers, of the importance of proper waste management. This program integrates environmental education with interactive game methods to introduce types of waste and how to separate them, such as organic, inorganic and B3 (hazardous and toxic materials). Through a fun and participatory approach, this activity is able to attract participants' interest, increase their understanding of the negative impacts of waste if not managed properly, and encourage independent waste management practices. This activity was carried out at the Mopuya village office, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used in this service activity is active participatory and educational games. The results of the activity show that the educational game method is effective in conveying environmental messages and building environmentally friendly habits in society. Through this activity, public awareness of environmental issues, especially waste management, shows a significant increase. Apart from that, this method also opens up opportunities to be applied in other communities as a fun and sustainable environmental education effort. With continued support from various parties, it is hoped that Mopuya Village can become an example for other villages in building a culture of love for the environment and good waste management in order to create a clean and healthy environment.
